Benefit is Glowing We Mean Growing and we are currently searching for a Full‑time Counter Manager to make real connections in Boots Glasgow Buchanan Galleries!

• Manage Brow and Beauty Experts by motivating staff and delegating roles, ensuring sales targets are met and high customer service standards are maintained.
• Achieve counter and service sales targets agreed with the area manager by demonstrating products to customers.
• Provide brow services – waxing, tinting and tweezing – to ensure customers love their brows and book repeat appointments.
• Facilitate daily team meetings, effective communication and recognition of positive work to keep the in‑store teams motivated and to meet individual and counter targets.
• Build business through innovation by creating both in‑store and external events, link‑ups, interdepartmental events and counter events including new product releases and charity events.
• Ensure the counter remains stocked at all times and report any concerns to the area manager immediately.
• Serve as the communication link between store/department managers and area managers, maintaining open communication on the counter.
• Handle daily, weekly, monthly and yearly administration and assist with area manager administration when necessary.
• Create fair and monthly staff rotas.
• Maintain hygiene and housekeeping: keep the counter and displays clean and hygienic at all times.

• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, bank holidays and holiday periods.
• Minimum six months retail experience.
