Sales Development Executive (SaaS sales)
SDE / Sales Development Executive (SaaS) – New Business sales: progression to field sales in 12–18 months (if successful!). This HR/Rec Tech SaaS/Software platform serves large businesses, offering an AI‑powered recruitment experience. The role is based in Glasgow, with hybrid working (3 days per week in office).
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum plus £10,000 uncapped OTE, plus benefits.

The role is centred on new customers: prospecting and booking meetings. You will be comfortable with new‑business sales over the telephone and video. You will work alongside a senior sales team of three, two fellow SDEs, and a strong marketing team with tools to support you.
Requirements- New‑business SaaS or technology sales experience, comfortable with prospecting, cold calls, lead generation, attending events and utilising a CRM.
- Prior experience as an SDR/BDR/BDE or similar; a recruitment background also fits well.
- 1+ year in B2B sales in a new‑business role, ideally in a technology business.
- Glasgow‑based (or able to drive) and comfortable with hybrid working in the city centre (3–4 days per week).
- Degree education preferred, though not essential.
Progression to an Account Executive position is expected within 12–18 months.
