Job Type: Full‑time, permanent. 40 hours per week Mon‑Fri 8:30‑5:00, plus Saturday mornings 9:00‑12:00.

• Play a key role in the delivery of service and sales generation within the branch showroom.
• Use design skills to maximize sales by providing outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
• Contribute to the overall development of the showroom agenda by sharing knowledge of trends and customer demands in internal discussions.
• Work in partnership with the wider branch team to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in full, or communicate unavoidable delays clearly and in advance.

• Experience in bathroom design.
• Experience of working in a sales environment.
