Customer Sales Assistant - Entry Level - OTE of £24,000 - £30,000 per annum - Immediate Starts Available - Central Glasgow

Our client, based in Glasgow, is currently looking for driven and enthusiastic individuals with full-time availability to start immediately in their thriving sales team, due to high client demand for new customers. You will be given full client training so that you fully understand who you are representing, as well as the structure of the business and how you can make the most out of the role on offer.

• Ongoing support and additional help offered for those looking to progress
• Skill sharing and one‑on‑one coaching will be offered so you can upskill in development areas such as customer service, sales, negotiation, confidence, motivation, leadership, recruitment, finance, and much more
• Business development programme for those who want to take on leadership roles and additional responsibilities
• Learn tried and tested techniques for higher rates of customer acquisition, customer engagement, customer service, and sales retention
• As part of the initial onboarding process, you will be able to shadow an experienced sales team leader, who will show you the ropes and help you get started
• Weekly pay:
  Uncapped commission-based pay and incentives for hitting daily/weekly targets.
• A spirited and upbeat team setting that enjoys regular weekly socials

Responsibilities:

• To learn about the client, their products and services, and important statistics and information that can help you speak with customers and keep them informed
• Engage in sale across various face-to-face campaigns within Glasgow, creating brand awareness, and generating sales on behalf of your client
• Provide feedback on locations and sales stats/ratios to help the company better understand their processes and how to improve them

Requirements:

• Customer-facing experience is ideal but not essential for success; no experience is required.
• Willingness to undergo training and attend skill development sessions to improve sales ability
• Availability to work 4/5 full days a week (between Mon-Sat)
• Must have excellent English speaking skills and be comfortable communicating with members of the public
