Overview

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop Tier A client accounts through proactive engagement.
  • Handle inbound enquiries while driving outbound sales activity to existing customers.
  • Build, maintain and grow a strong sales pipeline.
  • Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Register and manage deals with key technology vendors.
  • Produce and manage accurate quotes and order processing.
  • Maintain detailed CRM records and sales forecasting.
  • Collaborate closely with procurement, technical and wider sales teams.
  • Build trusted relationships with key business decision‑makers.
  • All the impact of a high‑performance sales role without field‑based travel.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in office‑based B2B sales, inside sales or account management.
  • Strong commercial awareness and confidence in sales conversations.
  • Experience managing existing client relationships and revenue accounts.
  • The ability to work towards targets in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organization and negotiation skills.
  • A consultative approach and genuine interest in technology solutions.
