The Role
This outbound sales role focuses on selling premium sports and music hospitality packages to both B2B and B2C clients. You will build relationships, manage opportunities from first contact through to close, and develop your own portfolio of clients. Structured training, daily coaching, and performance expectations are provided in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively contact prospective and existing clients via outbound calls
- Deliver clear, confident sales pitches for premium hospitality packages
- Build, manage, and convert your own sales pipeline
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable events and experiences
- Maintain consistent follow-up to progress and close opportunities
- Accurately record activity and outcomes in the CRM system
- Represent Headline Events professionally with clients and partners
- Comprehensive product and event training
- Structured sales methodology and call frameworks
- Daily coaching and performance feedback
- Clear standards around activity, quality, and results
- Ongoing development as you progress through your sales career
- Strong work ethic and a positive, professional attitude
- Confidence communicating over the phone
- A willingness to learn, be coached, and improve
- A target-driven mindset with resilience and determination
- Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential
- Interest in sport, music, or live events is an advantage
