Location:

Glasgow City Centre – Hybrid (3 days per week in office)

£45‑50k Total Package – Year One

They’re looking for an experienced B2B sales professional who enjoys taking ownership, driving new business, and building long-term client relationships within a supportive, high‑performing environment.

This role will suit someone who values autonomy, is comfortable with outbound engagement, and wants to grow with a business that is genuinely investing in its people.

The Opportunity

This is a consultative B2B sales role within a people‑first organisation operating in the digital training and tech enablement space. You’ll work with recognisable UK brands and be trusted to manage your own day, pipeline, and meetings – while receiving the support and structure needed to consistently perform.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Owning a full 360° B2B sales cycle, with a strong emphasis on new business acquisition
  • Proactively outbound calling and re‑engaging warm, cold, and lapsed prospects
  • Booking, preparing, and running your own virtual sales meetings (Teams / Zoom)
  • Delivering consultative discovery conversations focused on client needs and outcomes
  • Growing accounts through upselling and cross‑selling once relationships are established
  • Building and maintaining a healthy, strategic pipeline
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure strong delivery and long‑term client success
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years’ B2B sales experience
  • Tech, training, SaaS, recruitment, or professional services experience beneficial but not essential
  • Proven experience managing a full sales cycle
  • Confident with outbound dialing and structured outreach
  • Comfortable running virtual meetings and presentations
  • A proactive, self‑motivated sales professional
  • Someone seeking a career move, not a stopgap
