The Role As BDM, youll manage all commercial activity across Scotland, focusing on selling cutting-edge equipment valued between £25,000 and £100,000. Youll combine direct-to-practice sales with distributor enablement providing product training, joint visits, and developing long-term partnerships. Youll conduct site surveys, demonstrations, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close. The role involves extensive travel across Scotland, working remotely day-to-day, with occasional visits to the UK head office.

What Youll Bring Proven field sales experience (any B2B background considered) Experience managing your own territory and driving new business growth A track record of hitting and exceeding targets Strong communication and relationship-building skills Trustworthy, reliable, and self-motivated someone who takes full ownership of their area NHS sector experience is advantageous but not essential full product training will be provided.
