Business Development Manager – Industrial Lubricants

As Business Development Manager for the south of England, you will be tasked with growing sales of their high‑quality but competitively priced range of industrial lubricants, by generating demand with manufacturing businesses in sectors where equipment is exposed to extreme conditions such as glass, petrochemical and marine. This is a consultative process, conducting site surveys and producing proposals.

Once up and running, there will be the opportunity to begin selling the products internationally, with one week per quarter spent travelling.

All of the products are sold via an established distribution network, consisting of the likes of Cromwell Tools and Eriks, who you will also have contact with at branch level.

Qualifications
  • Technical field sales experience, selling to industrial / manufacturing markets, ideally MRO related

  • Consultative / problem solving approach to selling
  • Must be well presented, professional and ambitious to grow your career
  • Driving licence
Benefits
  • £50,000 – £50,000 base salary DOE, plus uncapped monthly commission £7k first year
  • £500 per month car allowance + generous mileage ఫ payment
  • 5% company pension contribution, life assurance
  • 25 days annual concussion + Bank Holidays
