What you need to knowContract type: Fixed Term until 31 March 2027
Pay details: The listed salary is £27,806.24 for a full-time role. The hourly rate is £15.24 per hour.
Location: Hybrid. You will spend part of your week at home, and part of your week in one of our offices, city-wide.
What you’ll doAs an Employability Engagement Worker, you’ll be a part of a new team, reporting to the Libraries and Communities Coordinator. You’ll play an essential role in empowering adults to improve life chances through supporting the delivery of an ESOL and Employability learning programme.
Who you areWe’re looking for someone with the right skills who brings energy to the role. If the following sounds like you, apply today!
- Experience of supporting families and individuals in a community learning and development setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
- Ability to engage with a range of different audiences including health, housing, employability projects and employers.
