Children's Social Worker

We are looking for a Social Worker for a Children Looked After Team This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience. About the Team The Children Looked After team supports children and young people who are in the care of the local authority. They make sure each child is safe, listened to, and has their needs met by planning and reviewing their care, supporting contact with family where appropriate, and helping with education, health, and emotional wellbeing.

The social worker also works closely with carers, schools, and other professionals to help children feel secure and achieve positive outcomes. About you A degree within social work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 3 years' post qualified experience is essential in order to be considered for this role. A valid UK driving license and vehicle is not essential to the success of this role but will help.
