As an Electronic Manufacturing Engineering Graduate, you will work with experienced engineers on exciting products and technology, growing your technical knowledge and developing your engineering skillset. The 2‑year Graduate Development Programme (GDP) includes rotations across manufacturing engineering teams, personal development, networking and learning opportunities.
Main duties- Work effectively within a multi‑disciplined manufacturing team
- Support development of new manufacturing processes and products
- Work with cutting‑edge technology and be part of our Industry 4.0 transformation
- Design and implement test and manufacturing processes
- Problem‑solving and continuous improvement projects
- Process equipment support and maintenance
- Process programming and machine capability assurance
- Fault‑finding, troubleshooting and product diagnostics
- Generate manufacturing documentation, risk assessments and improvement activities
- Minimum 2:2 in Electronic Engineering or STEM degree with electronics modules (completed by 7 September 2026)
- Successful candidate must obtain a Baseline Security Clearance
- Flexibility on location and ability to travel to UK facilities and overseas
- Excellent STEM skills demonstrated through academic achievement
- Passion for success in a fast‑paced technology industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The GDP is a structured 2‑year programme blending on‑the‑job experience with comprehensive training. Participants receive leadership development, business skills training, opportunities to complete professional qualifications, biannual pay reviews and networking at early‑careers events.
