** About the Role

PMX has a Programme Leadership Certification programme to support continuous personal development and career progression. Each level of certification has specific training identified to support your growth and continued career development route as you progress into fully certified Raytheon Project Managers.  PMX sponsor the completion of the external standards exams provided by the APM and funds APM membership. The Raytheon UK Advanced Products team has a fantastic opportunity for an energetic Graduate Project Manager to provide support to a high performing Integrated Project Team.

Working within one of the four Product Lines that form the wider Advanced Products business unit, the successful candidate will support a range of technically challenging high-profile projects. And establishing effective relationships with customers.

Success will require customer focused innovative thinking, forward planning, strong communication and an ability to react quickly to changes.

As a member of the Product Line as a Graduate Project Manager the day-to-day activities of the role requires delivery of projects, ensuring on-time deliveries, customer satisfaction, and high-quality deliverables. A key benefit of this role is you will have the opportunity to visit customers and suppliers both nationally and internationally.

This business works in a complex engineering and legislative environment and requires someone who can work effectively with a close knit multi-functional team to help deliver results. As part of the day-to-day activities the role requires assisting in the delivery of multiple programmes. There will be opportunities to take on wider activities across the company, and a broad interest in what the wider Company does would be a highly desirable quality.
