We are seeking a Technical Trainer / Success Coach to train, mentor, and develop manufacturing employees in a high-tech environment.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver instructor-led onboarding and workmanship standards training.
- Facilitate classroom, lab, and hands-on learning.
- Coach employees on the manufacturing floor.
- Identify skill gaps and partner with leadership on development plans.
- Reinforce safety, quality, standard work, and 6S practices.
- Maintain training records and learner progress documentation.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of manufacturing, training, coaching, or production support experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to coach adult learners and explain technical information clearly.
- Manufacturing experience; cleanroom experience preferred.
