Our client, located in Cheltenham, is an established firm specialising in patents and intellectual property.

The team is looking for an Administrator who either wants to develop a career in this area or who wants to be a legal administrator on a long term basis.

This is a highly administrative role where you will be working on a number of exciting innovative projects at various stages in their lifecycle as you support attorneys and more experienced members of the team.

Working in a collaborative and committed team, using a number of specific forms and systems, you will be required to input accurate information in many different forms so a focussed and clear mind is essential.

Taking calls and helping clients with enquiries is a large part of this role.

We are looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail and candidates selected for interview will be assessed on this as it is vital to the success of this role.

In addition, you will be highly organised, positive, engaging and possess a high work ethic, seeing your role as important to the success of the overall team.

A degree educated candidate or someone with some proven relevant experience is required for this position.
