Paying up to £45,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join a busy accident repair centre in Gloucester.

Key Responsibilities:

* Inspect vehicles for damage and prepare accurate repair estimates

* Assess structural, panel, paint, and mechanical damage

* Liaise with customers, insurance companies, and workshop teams

* Ensure all assessments are completed efficiently and accurately

* Maintain compliance with site quality and health & safety standards

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor in a crash repair environment

* Strong knowledge of vehicle repairs and estimating software

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

* Attention to detail and high accuracy in assessments
