As a Senior Consultant you will identify improvement opportunities, build relationships, and support the Advisory Services group to grow the Stantec business. Work alongside leaders to develop and deliver innovative system‑based solutions across the asset lifecycle, support Asset Management subjects, and aid delivery of programmes, projects, and technical outputs. You will accelerate your career within a supportive organisation delivering exceptional solutions for clients.

• Knowledge of whole life asset management principles and regulatory concepts; experience within a regulated sector (e.g., water, energy, or related infrastructure).
• Ability to work collaboratively to develop asset management strategies that deliver client value.
• Strategic/critical thinker with excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
• Comfortable working in a flexible, hybrid environment (office/home).
