- Manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to maintain smooth communication and resolve issues.
- Support program teams with data entry and reporting in SAP and other systems.
- Monitor and track delivery schedules, proactively addressing any delays.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the sales administration function.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn, adapt and grow within a global organisation.
