Responsibilities
  • Manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and customers to maintain smooth communication and resolve issues.
  • Support program teams with data entry and reporting in SAP and other systems.
  • Monitor and track delivery schedules, proactively addressing any delays.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the sales administration function.
Qualifications
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt and grow within a global organisation.
