Join Tascor as a PFI Contract Manager and take the lead in managing complex PFI contracts that keep critical services running smoothly.
This role is based at our office in Gloucester.

**** What you’ll be doing
*** oversee the delivery and performance of the members of staff that make up your Capita FM Team
* manage stakeholder relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and partners
* monitor financial performance, budgets, and forecasts to ensure cost efficiency
* contribute to contract reviews, audits, and reporting to maintain compliance and transparency
* identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect service continuity
* drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness
** What we’re looking for
*** proven experience managing PFI or complex facilities management contracts
* strong understanding of compliance frameworks and contractual obligations
* excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* ability to delivery operational initiatives and manage budgets effectively
* knowledge of risk management and performance improvement techniques
* proactive, solution-focused approach with strong organisational skills
