Business Development Manager

Excellent opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join a well-established company based in Gloucestershire.

Base salary: £28,000 to £32,000 per year with an uncapped commission structure. Realistic OTE £38,000 - £40,000 P.A.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join a dynamic team at FASTSIGNS Gloucester.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify potential clients and conduct thorough market research to understand their needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our products and services.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM software is required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
