About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Gateman to join a busy construction site in Gloucester. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure site entrance, directing vehicles, supporting site logistics, and ensuring that all visitors follow site safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Control access to and from the site, ensuring all visitors sign in/out
* Check deliveries and direct vehicles safely around the site
* Monitor site traffic and maintain clear communication with site management
* Maintain a clean and organised gate area
* Follow all Health & Safety procedures
* Assist with basic labouring or site duties when required
Requirements
* Valid CSCS card (essential)
* Traffic Marshal / Banksman qualification (preferred)
* Previous experience as a Gateman or in a similar role
* Good communication skills and a professional approach
