My client is a well-respected Main Contractor based in Gloucester that have been operating for over 50 years. Due to an increase in work they have a great opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

The business have always maintained a high level of focus on what matters most to their clients; integrity, exceptional knowledge of the sectors they operate in, commercial value, skill and a practical and thoughtful approach.

They operate across a range of sectors including commercial offices, industrial, education, healthcare, leisure and hotels. The majority of the projects they carry out are new build, up to £15m in value, but they do some refurbishment works as well.

With a number of projects ongoing and many more in the pipeline, they are looking for a Contracts Manager to join them as soon as possible. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects concurrently across the Thames Valley region. The ideal person should have a strong track record overseeing new build projects across multiple sectors including commercial offices, industrial, education, healthcare, hotels and leisure.

Contracts Manager:

• Background working for a reputable Main Contractor
• Track record overseeing a range of projects across multiple sectors up to £15m
• Able to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Strong client facing skills
• High level of energy and ambition
• Happy commuting to Gloucester and travelling across the Thames Valley region
