We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Gateman to join a busy construction site in Gloucester. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure site entrance, directing vehicles, supporting site logistics, and ensuring that all visitors follow site safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Control access to and from the site, ensuring all visitors sign in/out
- Check deliveries and direct vehicles safely around the site
- Monitor site traffic and maintain clear communication with site management
- Maintain a clean and organised gate area
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures
- Assist with basic labouring or site duties when required
- Valid CSCS card (essential)
- Traffic Marshal / Banksman qualification (preferred)
- Previous experience as a Gateman or in a similar role
- Good communication skills and a professional approach
