Electrical Estimator​/Contracts Manager

Limbird Ltd encompasses design, installation, commissioning & maintenance. We can offer a fully integrated design & building programme or elements can be used as part of a wider scheme.

Minimum of 3 years Experience is essential in estimating & contracts managing.
Must have knowledge/experience in using a PC & software tailored to our business & must be able to work well with others within an office environment.
Must be able to communicate well with our Clients and have a professional manner when representing our Company.
Estimating to include retail, commercial & domestic contracts including some with design works.
Must be able to read & understand construction drawings & specifications, be conversant with pricing D&B projects and be able to pass this information onto others.
The Estimator will have primary responsibility for estimating projects up to a value of £1,000,000.
The Candidate is to ensure operational performance, in terms of procuring quotations & estimating to a given timescale.
Salary - negotiable/dependent on experience.
