Base pay rangeWe're looking for a commercially minded and creatively driven CRM Executive to help turn our marketing and trading plans into engaging, customer‑centric direct communications.
In this role, you'll be responsible for briefing, building, and deploying emails across broadcast, targeted, and automated journeys. Reporting into the Head of Retention, you'll work closely with our creative, brand, merchandising and CRM teams to ensure every communication aligns with our brand, speaks clearly to each audience segment, and supports our wider retention strategy.

Full‑time position of 37.5 hours per week. Requires working in the office for 3 days and remotely 2 days.
Requirements- Coordinate and execute email campaigns end‑to‑end, from initial brief through to deployment
- Translate marketing calendars, product launches and seasonal moments into engaging, on‑brand emails
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop creative assets that reflect brand tone, visual identity, and audience needs
- Own the QA process to ensure flawless execution: builds, links, rendering, segmentation and content accuracy
- Manage content workflows, timelines, and feedback loops across creative, brand and merchandising teams
- Ensure all CRM communications deliver clear, compelling storytelling aligned with the brand voice and customer expectations
- Contribute new ideas for creative formats, testing opportunities, and innovation within the channel
- Maintain and evolve the CRM/email playbook to help guide best practice and support the creative team in producing channel‑relevant content
- 1-3 years' experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital campaign execution (DTC or e‑commerce experience strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of brand storytelling, visual content and digital creative best practice
- Experience collaborating with creative teams and managing campaign workflows
- Hands‑on experience building and deploying campaigns in a CRM or ESP (Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable, etc. — experience with Bloomreach is a plus)
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple briefs and deadlines
- Strong writing, editing and content‑review skills, with an eye for narrative clarity, layout quality and brand consistency
- Salary between £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience and skills
