We are looking for a Receptionist to cover maternity leave at Quedgeley House Dental Practice, Unit 39-42 Space Park GL2 4AL
. This is a role for 19 hours per week.

• Providing an exceptional patient journey both in person and over the phone
• Managing the diaries and ensuring that the time is filled correctly
• Working with the team to understand the full range of NHS and Private treatment options available within the practice
• Completing relevant forms for NHS and private schemes within a specified timescale
• Taking payments and chasing outstanding patient debt
• Liaising with dental laboratories, supply companies and other organisations

• Ability to easily build rapport and work to a high level of customer service
• Passion to build knowledge of treatment options within the dental sector – becoming an expert on what your practice has to offer
• Driven by the success of the practice by seizing opportunities
• Ability to follow processes and work in a structured and organised way
• Comfortable working to practice KPIs (call answer rate, data capture and rebooking)
• IT skills with the ability to learn SOE software
• Positive nature – Able to show resilience and always work in a composed manner
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent team player
