Senior Estimator – Construction Projects (Commercial)
📍 Near Junction 10, M5 (Gloucestershire)
💼 Full-Time | Permanent – non hybrid role
💰 c £50k Competitive Salary + Package
A well-established SME who are specialists in their industry near Junction 10 of the M5 – who are growing their team are now looking for a Senior Estimator to join their established team. This is a great opportunity to take a lead role in delivering accurate, competitive tenders on bespoke UK-wide projects. Working with down to earth like minded colleagues all working to ensure their reputation is held in the highest regards

Key Responsibilities:

* Produce detailed cost estimates from drawings and specs
 
* Prepare and manage tenders, budgets, and bid submissions
 
* Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams
 
* Conduct site visits and evaluate risks (not out of the office on the road regularly, so you wont be all over the country every day of the week!)
 
* Monitor project costs and ensure profitability

What You’ll Need:

* Proven estimating experience in a construction setting
 
* Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
 
* Good understanding of project drawings and site conditions
 
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
 
* Based within 45 mins of Junction 10 (Gloucestershire)
 
* Willing to travel for occasional site visits (some overnight stays)
