About the Role:

We are recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client for a Sub-Agent position on a major highways infrastructure project located in Gloucester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team with an exciting programme of works ahead of them.

Key Responsibilities:

· Primarily office based on site, overseeing daily site operations and ensuring program targets are met.

· Supervise and support engineering teams and subcontractors

· Coordinate temporary works and manage site documentation

· Collaborate with project managers and commercial teams to drive efficient delivery

· Support planning meetings and contribute to progress reporting

Requirements:

· HND or Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)

· Proven experience with structural works within civil engineering projects

· Excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making skills

Desirable Certifications:

· Temporary Works Coordinator Ticket

· AP Lifting Ticket
