Position: NEC4 PM
Location: Gloucestershire

Our client, is seeking a dynamic NEC4 Project Manager to join their team on a contract basis.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to significant highway infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the delivery of highway projects under the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract
Overseeing commercial aspects of infrastructure projects to ensure compliance and successful delivery
Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to build strong relationships and secure project outcomes
Ensuring all projects are delivered in accordance with CDM Regulations
Managing multi-disciplined teams to drive project success
Providing technical guidance and support to project teams
Effectively communicating project progress and updates to all stakeholders
Utilising MS Project for project management and scheduling

Job Requirements:

Essential:

Degree qualified in engineering or a relevant subject
UK experience with public, private, or third-sector clients
Detailed knowledge of NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract (all options)
Extensive technical knowledge and project experience in highway engineering
Proven track record of delivering infrastructure projects using NEC3 or 4
Strong understanding of CDM Regulations
Ability to build and influence relationships in a client-facing environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in people management within diverse, multi-disciplined teams
Full UK driving licence
Desirable:

NEC4 Project Manager Accreditation
Working knowledge of MS Project
APM/PMP or PRINCE 2 Practitioner certification
