BMS Engineer

Overview

The role is for a BMS Service Engineer based in Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, or Worcestershire. The candidate will primarily carry out BMS Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) visits and call‑out work across council and commercial premises.

• Conduct BMS PPM visits and manage breakdowns.
• Work with Trend products across 963 and IQvision families (IQ3, IQ4, IQ5).
• Maintain and service BEMS installations, ensuring optimal performance.
• Provide on‑site support and troubleshooting for end clients.

• Experience with Trend 963 or IQvision (IQ3/4/5) systems.
• Electrical bias and competency, preferably 18th edition knowledge or an electrical apprenticeship.
• Trend training is an advantage.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.

• £40,000 – £55,000 per annum, dependent on knowledge and skill set.
