• Defining and compiling Work Package Specifications that set the direction for your team's success.

• Aerospace Experience – You've worked in a complex engineering environment and understand the challenges of delivering complex projects.
• Leadership potential – You enjoy guiding others and have experience managing or coordinating people.
• Proven results – You can show examples of successful engineering projects you've contributed to.
• Strong project skills – Communication, decision‑making, and keeping projects on track are second nature to you.
• Financial awareness – You understand budgets and cost control at a basic level.
