The Role

TSR Legal is delighted to be recruiting for a Lead Legal Cashier on behalf of a well-established and award-winning legal services group. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, professional finance department in a key leadership role. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will oversee the legal cashiering function for the group, ensuring the delivery of an efficient, accurate and compliant service.

You will act as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, external clients, the group's banking partner and suppliers. Ensuring strict compliance with the Solicitors' Accounts Rules (SRA Accounts Rules) will be a central part of your responsibilities, alongside maintaining the team's training and development.

You will also work closely with the Finance Manager during month-end processes. Although this is a management position, you will take part in the operational rota to ensure adequate cover during periods of absence.

About the Organisation

The successful candidate will join a service company supporting two dynamic and recognised law firms within the group. The group operates nationally, with particular strengths in specialist property and private client services, and continues to experience growth that provides excellent opportunities for career development within the cashiering function.
