Customer Service - Personal BankerPart‑time position – 11 hours per week. The role is based in the United Kingdom and all normal working days are in the UK.
Responsibilities- You’ll be integral in guiding and supporting our valued branch customers, helping them to achieve their financial goals.
- You’ll proactively find ways to continually enhance our customer banking experience.
- Supporting you to achieve a Foundation Certificate in Responsible Banking and build on your existing skills with full training.
- Act as the first point of contact in our branches, providing outstanding service in every interaction.
- Engage in proactive conversations, understand customers’ needs and offer banking solutions.
- Complete general banking requests such as payments, balance enquiries and transfers.
- Help customers understand the different ways they can bank with us and the range of services we can offer.
- Identify opportunities to offer simple financial products and collaborate with other teams to provide a seamless experience.
- A passion for customer service and strong attention to detail.
- The ability to thrive under pressure and a determination to continuously improve service while meeting personal and branch goals.
- Strong interpersonal and team‑working skills.
- Commitment to develop new skills and responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills – able to explain product benefits clearly.

You’ll need to be flexible in terms of the hours you work. Typically you’ll work during branch opening hours (9 am‑5 pm, Monday‑Friday) with rotational Saturdays and some bank holidays.
