The portfolio is genuinely diverse: owner-managed businesses, directors, HNWIs, trusts, and SMEs. You'll get involved in both compliance and advisory, with growing responsibility and a clear path to Manager.

• Manage and review a portfolio spanning personal and corporate tax clients
• Act as a key point of contact for clients — not just back-office support
• Review tax returns and assist on planning projects (CGT, IHT, restructuring, R&D, share schemes, etc.)
• Work closely with managers and partners across the full tax spectrum
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Help spot opportunities, solve problems, and add value

• ACA / ACCA / ATT / CTA qualified or near-qualified
• Solid compliance experience across personal and corporate tax
• Exposure to advisory work — or a clear desire to get more involved
• Strong communication and review skills
• Someone who wants to stay mixed — and be trusted to grow
