Mixed Tax Assistant Manager

Location: Gloucestershire

This firm are a leading firm of accountants and business advisers, operating UK wide with exposure to a wide range of clientele, including SME, OMB, corporates at FTSE listed businesses to name but a few. Ideally, this role would be mixed between corporate and personal, where you will play a pivotal part and take ownership on a portfolio of clients, and have the freedom to run with that, with ongoing support and mentorship from the Partners and wider senior management team.

Some of the work you can expect to undertake will be:
Manage variety of compliance?matter. Act as the principle point of contact with clients, work closely with clients to understand business development. Ensure clients are up to date with their compliance obligations and legislative changes, helping them assess the impact for them and keeping abreast of new opportunities Review tax returns and computations Ensure the efficient and risk managed delivery Responsible for complying with all internal risk management procedures.

The skills and experience you will bring: CTA/ACA/ACCA/ATT (or equivalent) qualified Their clients come from all industries, so exposure to multiple sectors would be a distinct advantage Previous Corporate Tax or Mixed Tax experience in a similar role within a practice environment is essential
