As a Complex Care Assistant, you’ll help your clients live full, happy lives while feeling safe, supported, and valued. You’ll work one-to-one with them in their own homes and during activities, creating moments that truly matter.
What You’ll Do Every day is different — but your compassion and professionalism make all the difference. You’ll:
Provide PEG feeding and other clinical support
Assist with postural care, positioning, and mobility
Encourage participation in community activities, hobbies, and social events
Support clients on short breaks or holidays
Follow personalised care plans and clinical guidance carefully
