Payroll Specialist

We’re looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our client’s growing team and deliver exceptional payroll services to a diverse customer base.
What You’ll Do- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Handle statutory payments (sickness, maternity, paternity, adoption, parental leave) with confidence.
- Coordinate salary disbursements and maintain accurate payroll records.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for tax authorities and external providers.
- Apply knowledge of pensions and auto-enrolment regulations.
- Provide outstanding client support and resolve payroll queries promptly.
- Stay current with payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
- Minimum 2 years’ payroll experience.
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation and manual calculations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with Pay Circle or Cintra software.
- Professional payroll qualification (e.g. CIPP).
