Senior Human Resources Administrator

Morson Edge is delighted to be partnering with an International Business in Cheltenham to find a Senior Human Resources Administrator.

This role is ideal for passionate about HR operations and ready to step into a leadership role where you can make a real impact by leading people, improving processes, and getting hands‑on with systems and data.

• Lead and mentor a small team of HR Administrators, ensuring productivity, quality and SLAs are met
• Oversee day‑to‑day People Operations administration across the full employee lifecycle
• Own and continuously improve onboarding, changes and offboarding processes across the UK and internationally
• Maintain and optimise people system data, processes and reporting
• Oversee UK and international benefits administration
• Act as the main escalation point for complex queries and issues
• Work closely with the wider People team on projects, audits and compliance activity
• Ensure people processes remain legally compliant across multiple countries
• Drive a continuous improvement mindset, identifying efficiencies with employee experience front of mind

• Proven experience in HR or People Operations, with exposure to employee relations
• Strong understanding of HR systems and people data
