Our client, part of the UK’s largest repair group, is looking for an experienced MET Technician to join their busy Gloucester workshop. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on accident-related mechanical, electrical, and trim repairs, helping vehicles get safely back on the road while enjoying exceptional uncapped bonus schemes.

The Role:

As an MET Technician, you will:

* Carry out diagnostics and mechanical repairs to manufacturer standards

* Identify faults and complete repairs efficiently and accurately

* Record all work in line with company processes

* Maintain high standards of health and safety in the workshop

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent results and customer service

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a qualified Mechanic or Vehicle Technician

* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

* Relevant qualifications (ATA, NVQ, IMI, or equivalent) desirable but not essential

* Proactive, team-focused approach

* Full UK Driving Licence
