Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated General Assistant to maintain the cleanliness and standard of our gym, interact positively with members, and support daily operations with high‑quality service.

• Ensure all Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook guidelines are strictly followed.
• Maintain JD Gyms Brand standards and a spotless gym environment.
• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly cleaning and safety checks.
• Report defects to keep the building and equipment safe.
• Enforce uniform standards and deliver outstanding member service.
• Participate in colleague training videos to improve standards across the group.
• Undertake other reasonable duties as required.

• Hardworking with strong interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a similar role, capable of multitasking and working unsupervised.
• Excellent communication skills, approachable to members and staff.
• Passion for exceeding expectations and maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment.
