Location:
Gloucester and surrounding areas
- Maintain communal green spaces that are welcoming for everyone
- Engage with residents from diverse backgrounds and deliver high‑quality service
- Operate equipment such as mowers, hedge cutters and brush cutters (training provided)
- Travel across Gloucester and surrounding areas, ensuring safe and well‑maintained environments
- Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping, or a willingness to learn and grow in the field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
- Comfortable with using technology and basic mobile devices
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service to people of all backgrounds
- Salary: £26,280 per year, with an annual salary review
- Performance Bonus:
Based on individual and company‑wide targets - Company‑provided equipment:
Van, mobile phone, tablet, tools, fuel card, and uniform for business use - Annual leave: 27 days per year, plus bank holidays, with an option to buy or sell up to 5 days
