Pure Offices Gloucester
Maintenance Operative Part Time (16 hours a week approx. over 3-4 days)
The RoleTo provide Caretaker services at Pure Offices, Gloucester (and assisting at our Cheltenham centre from time to time also).
Responsibilities- Daily site walk around
- Mid-morning clean/check and replenishment of consumables in WCs, lounges and kitchens
- Fire alarm test
- Water temperatures every month
- Meter readings
- Flushing of unused water outlets
- Empty smoking bins
- Litter pick
- Gritting pathways in winter
- Furniture removal
- Tidy bin stores
- Replacing light bulbs
- General repairs and ad hoc tasks (Health and Safety, maintenance, cleaning)
- Annual leave entitlement- 25 Days (plus bank holidays) Annual Leave Increases every 5 years (1 per 5 years of service). Ability to buy 5 days extra holiday.
