Maintenance Operative

Pure Offices Gloucester Maintenance Operative Part Time (16 - 30 hours a week over 3-4 days)

The Role To provide Caretaker services at Pure Offices, Gloucester (and assisting at our Cheltenham centre from time to time also). Responsibilities:
Daily site walk around Mid-morning clean/check and replenishment of consumables in WCs, lounges and kitchens Fire alarm test Water temperatures every month Meter readings Flushing of unused water outlets Empty smoking bins Litter pick Gritting pathways in winter Furniture removal Tidy bin stores Replacing light bulbs General repairs and ad hoc tasks (Health and Safety, maintenance, cleaning) Benefits Package Annual leave entitlement- 25 Days (plus bank holidays) Annual Leave Increases every 5 years (1 per 5 years of service).
