• Work to the production plan covering all hydraulic units and actuators.
• Test and repair hydraulic units on rig to determine serviceability.
• Disassemble and inspect failed units for return to service.
• Perform minor rework such as hand salvage, blending, and polishing of damaged parts.
• Fully assemble and test units to CMM drawings and maintain documentation.
• Sign off and stamp own work for safe release back into service.
• Cover multiple technical disciplines as required.

• Apprentice trained or equivalent qualifications.
• Proficient with precision measuring and test equipment.
• Experience in inspection and fitting of aircraft components (transferable industry skills acceptable).
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication, teamwork, decisiveness and target‑driven attitude.
• Positive, flexible mindset and willingness to learn.
