Join the team as a Pipe Assembly Fabricator overseeing the production and quality of landing gear pipes within Safran Landing Systems, a global leader in aircraft landing and braking systems.

• Prepare and install tools, measuring equipment, and control stations for production.
• Load CNC programs and configure equipment settings to meet production requirements.
• Operate machinery to perform bending and fabrication processes, carrying out intermediate checks for accuracy.
• Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with geometric tolerances and quality standards.
• Support improvement projects to enhance product quality and reduce production time.

• Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 qualification.
• Strong understanding of pipe manufacturing processes and fabrication principles.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and test instructions.
• Knowledge of quality tools such as 5S and Lean/6-Sigma, with a commitment to FOD compliance.
• Experience with CNC programming is an advantage, alongside proficiency in dimensional inspection.
