• Carrying out key cutting, trimming and processing tasks within the slaughter hall
• Supporting the full meat production process to maintain workflow
• Working safely and hygienically in a chilled environment
• Maintaining food quality and compliance across all tasks
• Following procedures and codes of practice to meet regulatory standards
• Contributing to team throughput and overall site efficiency

• Previous experience in an abattoir or red-meat processing environment
• Knife handling or cutting/trimming experience
• WATOK CoC licence (any category) advantageous
• Comfortable with physical, fast-paced work in a chilled setting
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)

Working hours: Monday-Friday, start times 07:00-07:30 & finish times 16:00.
