• Assist skilled technicians and engineers across mechanical and electrical applications in workshop and site environments.
• Support the safe handling, movement, and preparation of materials, tools, and components.
• Carry out basic mechanical assembly, cable routing, and containment tasks under supervision.
• Maintain clean and organised work areas before, during, and after tasks.
• Transport tools, consumables, and equipment between workstations and storage areas.
• Follow clear instructions from supervisors and team leads to ensure work is completed safely and to high standards.
• Report hazards or unsafe conditions promptly in line with company health and safety policies.
• Keep accurate records of tasks completed and materials used as directed.

• Previous experience in manufacturing, mechanical/electrical assembly, or construction is desirable but not essential.
• Basic understanding of workshop safety and manual handling practices.
• Willingness to learn and develop practical skills under guidance.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexible and reliable approach to work, with a readiness to adapt to changing priorities.
• Valid CSCS/ECS card preferred; training will be provided.
• Right to work in the UK and willingness to work across various client sites if required.
