About the Role

Join Our Team as a Manufacturing Operative in Tewkesbury! Are you ready to jumpstart your career in manufacturing? We are looking for two enthusiastic Manufacturing Operatives to join our dynamic team! This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment with a focus on quality, safety, and teamwork.

  Temp to Perm
• Hourly Pay Rate: £15.00 - £15.40
• Working Hours:
  
  37.5 hours per week
• Shift Pattern: two-week rotating shift

• Operating a limited number of machines safely and efficiently
• Using guards and safety switches correctly
• Locating materials and tooling
• Identifying and using the correct parts and machines for production
• Handling tools and moulds safely
• Following production paperwork and procedures
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping
• Flexibly supporting other areas of production as needed
• Adhering to all HSE requirements

• Week 1:
  Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Week 2:
  Monday to Thursday, 2:00 PM - 11:53 PM – Includes a 30-minute unpaid break per shift.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment (beneficial, but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Ability to complete paperwork accurately
• Flexible and adaptable mindset
• Excellent attendance and punctuality

You will be a key player, collaborating with Production Team Leaders, Managers, HR, Planning, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure smooth operations and uphold high standards.

• Scrap reduction
• Right First-Time production
• Number of lifts/parts produced
• Time and attendance
