Are you a creative and driven marketing professional looking for a dynamic short-term opportunity? We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Associate to join a fast-paced organisation on a 3:6 month maternity cover contract, supporting both the Marketing and Sales teams to deliver impactful campaigns, trade marketing initiatives, social media activity and brand development.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a varied environment, enjoys creating engaging marketing content and is confident managing multiple projects at once.

As the Marketing Associate, you will play a key part in developing and executing innovative Trade Marketing programmes, generating fresh lead-generation campaigns, and producing high-quality marketing content used across digital, print and social media channels.

Youll act as a main point of contact for internal teams and external trade partners, ensuring all communication is accurate, on brand and delivered in a timely manner. You will also support a busy schedule of digital campaigns, social media activity, PR, and event management.

This is a great opportunity to gain exposure across a broad marketing function and contribute to meaningful brand-building activity during the maternity cover period.

• Plan, produce and publish engaging digital and printed content across websites, social media and internal communication platforms.
• Write SEO-friendly copy including news stories, articles, social posts, press releases and event descriptions.
• Maintain up-to-date marketing documentation, collateral, databases and content libraries.
• Support trade marketing relationships, ensuring all communications and creative assets align with brand strategies.
• Manage pre- and post:event communications, supporting lead generation and follow-up activity.
• Create marketing assets for trade partners and OEM customers.
• Manage and develop the social media calendar, evaluating performance and enhancing brand visibility.
• Collaborate with creative agencies to support internal and external brand campaigns.
• Support internal communication needs, ensuring accurate and timely deployment across the business.
• Contribute ideas for campaigns, brand initiatives and content direction through team brainstorming.
• Assist with company events, PR programmes and wider marketing projects.

We’re looking for a marketing professional who is confident, proactive and highly organised, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Proven experience in Trade Marketing or similar marketing roles
• Strong content creation skills (long and short form)
• Experience managing social media channels and scheduling content
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Creative thinking with strong commercial awareness
• The ability to manage a varied portfolio of marketing activity
