A 16th Century Hotel consisting of 30 rooms, large events apce, weddings and a beauiful restaurant.

The Menu features a British theme of fresh, seasonal dishes crafted with blend of locally sourced ingrediants and culinary skills.

We are looking for a talented Sous Chef.

• Be confident working all sections of the kitchen as required
• Be a team player and give it your all

The perfect Candidate will be looking to progress from temporary to permanent.

• Flexible hours – a lot of say over your ROTA
• Work from 6 hours to 60 hours a week
• Paid Weekly
